C-Tech is no stranger to building foils for dinghy classes. We specialise in high performance classes where maximum stiffness is required for the smallest sectional size. With the use of high quality tooling, prepreg fibre and autoclave consolidation we are able to achieve the best results. We have different manufacturing methods incorporating either a foam core or integrated shear webs which can be made in a one or two step process.

C-Tech has worked across a number of foiling projects in recent years as this area of yachting has exploded. We have been lucky to work with America's Cup teams and the Sail GP to keep up to speed with the latest design and manufacturing technology. C-Tech has a proven manufacturing technique for building composite elbows for L and J Foils that solves the issues caused by metal components experienced in many classes along with race rudders. We have the capacity to do production runs and build high temperature tooling in-house from start to finish.
