What is a Javelin?

C-Tech Javelin masts & booms

Originally developed for the 12ft Skiff C-Tech masts can now be found on Javelins.  Custom orders can be taken for any size/diameter of mast.
Carbon booms can be constructed on mandrels of any size and shape.  C-Tech's light-weight carbon spreaders are suitable for supporting a range of masts and prods.

C-Tech Javelin prods & foils

Retractable Javelin prods are made as a set and need no nylon bearings.  Prods must be rigged with the tack line running through the prod to the bottom of the bow.  The prod and sleeve have a combined weight of approx. 1.6 kg and come in a black carbon finish.
Javelin foils are molded and made from carbon and epoxy, with a hard-wearing gel coat surface finish.
