2010 18ft Skiff JJ Giltinan Trophy Championship

In Sydney harbour from the 12th - 21st February 6 past 18ft Champions and a host of World Championship and Interdominion winning challengers fought it out in a 7 race regatta.  This was the 61st JJ Giltinan Trophy with 31 crews taking place.  C-Tech's Alex Vallings, a former 12ft Skiff Interdominion champion raced against some of the World's best 18ft crews in what was an exciting championship.   

The winning 18ft skiff for 2010 was "Gotta love it 7" crewed by Australians Seve Jarvin, Sam Newton and Tom Clout.

2009 2nd place with C-Tech mast & boom at the 18ft Skiff Mark Foy Trophy, France 

18ft Skiff SlamAt the Inaugural Mark Foy Trophy in June 2009, Australians Grant Rollerson, Anthony (Jack) Young and Michael Coxon placed second racing their 18ft Skiff "Slam". 

Racing with a C-Tech mast and boom on board in Carnac, France, they faced intense competition and were beaten by the British team Robert Greenhalgh, Dan Johnson and Phil Harmer.

Three New Zealand teams travelled to France, all three using C-Tech equipment on board.  C-Tech's Alex Vallings took part and was joined in his Skiff "CT Sailbattens" by fellow New Zealander's Chris Kitchen and Josh McCormack.

18ft Skiff CT Sailbattens30 Teams from Europe, Australia, New Zealand and America took part in this regatta which was hosted by the Yacht Club de Carnac in the Bay of Quiberon, France.
